Our Story
How It All Began
Clinic Visjeune was founded in 2013 by registered nurse Lisa Feliz. After many years working in the NHS, Lisa made the decision to leave — she needed greater flexibility, but she never wanted to stop caring for patients.
The clinic began as a specialist aesthetics practice, offering anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers and skin rejuvenation. From the very beginning, Lisa's approach was different — warm, unhurried and genuinely focused on the person in front of her.
Over the years, the relationships built with patients began to reveal something important: the need for accessible, personalised healthcare went far beyond aesthetics. And so the clinic began to grow — not through a business plan, but by listening.

Why We Grew
As conversations with patients deepened, it became clear that many had concerns that went well beyond aesthetics — concerns that were going unaddressed, or where waiting times and access were a real barrier.
Rather than referring patients elsewhere and hoping for the best, we began bringing the right expertise in-house. Today, Clinic Visjeune offers a wide range of healthcare and wellbeing services alongside our aesthetic treatments:

One of the things that makes Clinic Visjeune genuinely different is the way our team works together. Where appropriate, and with patient consent, our clinicians can discuss cases with one another — so that the care you receive is joined-up, considered and truly personalised.
GP & Diagnostics
A GP might recommend blood tests to investigate a concern — and our in-house testing means results come back quickly, with a clinician on hand to explain them.
Mind & Body
A psychologist might suggest nutritional support or physical therapy as part of a broader plan — and we have the right people in-house to make that happen.
Specialist Referrals
If one of our clinicians believes a colleague within the clinic could genuinely help, they will explain why and discuss the options with you — never as a sales pitch, always as a recommendation.

Although aesthetics remains a big part of what we do, Clinic Visjeune has grown into a fully multidisciplinary healthcare clinic. Our expansion into private GP services, mental health, and wellbeing reflects who we are today — a clinic where you can access genuine clinical care alongside aesthetic treatments, all under one roof.
Lisa continues to lead our aesthetics department, bringing almost 40 years of nursing experience and decades of expertise in aesthetic medicine. Every aesthetic treatment is delivered with the same attention to detail, patient care and commitment to natural-looking results that the clinic has become known for since it was founded.
By expanding our services, we have been able to offer our patients more comprehensive care while maintaining the exceptionally high standards that built our reputation in the first place.
