Lisa Feliz is fully trained as a Level 7 advanced medical aesthetic nurse practitioner. She is a Trainer and Assessor in aesthetics for renowned companies. She has been in the industry since 2011, previously having a career in the NHS and at Bournemouth University. Lisa is a board member for the British Association for Cosmetic Nurses. Lisa is keen to promote good practice in the industry and trains medical aesthetic practitioners for leading aesthetics companies. Lisa has contributed to aesthetics magazines and been a speaker at aesthetics conferences in the UK. She supports nurses nationally in her role on the board and has a passion for ensuring a high level of standards are kept within the medical aesthetic arena. 

Lisa has been a finalist in the aesthetic award for best aesthetic nurse in the UK. Lisa's advanced techniques is aesthetics focuses on facial rejuvenation that takes patients on a journey to achieve a soft, natural and enhanced look. 

Lisa has a professional interest in the face, facial lifting and skin rejuvenation using a variety of techniques and products including dermal fillers, anti wrinkle injectables, skin care and other modalities including radio frequency. As well as body treatments and laser technology.

She has been extensively trained in aesthetic medicine and has undertaken continuous professional education in many areas, including dissection, anatomy, injection techniques, examination, skin conditions, complications, adverse events and prescribing.  She has an advanced level of understanding of the treatments required to benefit the patient and she practices holistically, looking beyond an individual wrinkle. She takes time to listen to her patients and places great importance on giving detailed consultations and clear explanations of suitable treatments.

Lisa is a regular journal contributor and a trainer, trains frequently with live demonstrations and sharing her knowledge and expertise to medical professionals.

Lisa is a national trainer for a global dermal-filler manufacturer and for a national medical aesthetic pharmaceutical company.

When it comes to aesthetic treatments Lisa is a firm believer in the natural look and her philosophy has always been ‘less is more’.

Aesthetics is currently unlicensed so when it comes to choosing your practioner, please choose carefully and make sure they are licenced to do treatments for your safety. 

Lisa’s role within the BACN is to support nursing colleagues around the UK she leads on this and offers her knowledge and expertise to members in a voluntary role.
